This Privacy Policy explains how Cash Flow Crescendo, Inc. ("Cash Flow", "we", "us") handles information on getcashflow.co and in our direct communications with you. We keep this short because our approach is simple: we collect the minimum we need to respond to you and run a small website.

  • What you submit. If you fill out our contact form or email us at support@getcashflow.co, we receive your name, email, and the content of your message.
  • Usage data. Our host (Cloudflare) logs standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent, and timestamp to operate the site and prevent abuse.
  • Analytics. If we enable privacy-respecting analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics or an equivalent), we receive aggregated traffic data without persistent cookies or cross-site tracking.

How we use information

  • To reply to your inquiry and, if we agree to work together, to deliver that work.
  • To keep the site running, fast, and secure.
  • To understand aggregate traffic patterns so we can improve the site.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell your information.
  • We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
  • We do not use your information to train machine-learning models.

Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party providers to run the site and respond to you. Each has its own privacy policy:

  • Cloudflare — hosting and network delivery.
  • Formspree — processing contact-form submissions.
  • Google Fonts — serving web fonts.

Cookies

The site itself does not set tracking cookies. Third-party services (such as Formspree during form submission) may set functional cookies required for their service to work. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Data retention

We retain contact-form messages and email correspondence for as long as needed to provide services and meet business or legal requirements, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can email support@getcashflow.co at any time to request a copy of what we have about you, or to ask us to delete it. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, post a notice on the homepage.
